This coffee has a distinctive profile and a very good quality. A single origin coffee from the farmers cooperative in Rwanda Gisuma region. In 2009 TechnoServe worked with Gisuma’s farmers to band together and form a cooperative. They helped the new business secure a loan and build a wet mill to process the farmers coffee.
The cooperative Produces 2 containers a year. They were awarded cup of excellent positions in 2013,2014,2015 status and become renowned for speciality coffees. Produce members have invested premiums back into the local infrastructure.
