Helping bring clean water to coffee growing communities

VFET137 20 Water Aid Gojjam

Kokebi Coffee collaborates with Project Waterfall, a charity working to end the water crisis in our lifetime.

WHY WATER? WHY COFFEE?

703 million people around the world don’t have access to clean water. The majority live in isolated, rural areas – the same areas growing our coffee.

Coffee is a water-intensive crop with a large water footprint. Up to 840L of water is needed to make one 750ml pot of coffee. That’s more than tea, sugar, wheat, and barley.

While we enjoy the purest filtered water in our coffee, the communities at the end of its supply chain face a water crisis.

This is why it’s our mission to support the coffee industry and coffee consumers to give back to the communities growing our coffee by investing in sustainable clean water, sanitation and hygiene projects.

We’re all about joyful, great-tasting coffee — without the fuss. Our beans are roasted in the UK, ethically sourced, and barista-approved. You’ve probably tasted us before in your favourite café. Now we deliver direct to your door.

Is KOKEBI Coffee ethically sourced?
Yes! We only work with trusted growers, co-ops, and suppliers who care about the planet and their people. Many of our coffees are Fairtrade, organic, and Rainforest Alliance certified — like our Organica blend.

Absolutely. Our flexible coffee subscriptions help you dodge the horror of the empty tin. Choose your beans, your grind, and how often you want them delivered. Free next working day delivery included.*

What’s the best way to brew KOKEBI coffee at home?
That depends on your setup — our single origins shine in pour-over or filter brews, while blends like Intenso are ideal for espresso or moka pots. You’ll find brew guides and tips in our blog.

Where is KOKEBI Coffee roasted?
Right here in the UK. We roast in small batches to keep things fresh, punchy and full of flavour — just the way your morning deserves.
